The Global Immigration Leader will be responsible for ensuring we provide a frictionless employee experience in a complex landscape whilst providing strategic business direction, through technology and reporting to deliver strong operational performance and robust governance and controls.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Lead global immigration strategy aligned with business priorities, workforce planning, talent mobility needs, and enterprise risk management.
+ Serve as the senior subject matter expert on global immigration matters, advising executive leadership, HR, legal, and business stakeholders on immigration-related risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
+ Provide clear cost of M&I services across GE Vernova and strategies to optimize cost and reduce risk
