**General Purpose of Position**The GMNA CVO Policy Coordinator supports Company Vehicle Operations (CVO) by ensuring compliance of driver requirements, maintenance of metrics, and interfacing with drivers throughout U.S. and Canada.This role focuses on issue-resolution, customer service, and continuous improvement while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
**Roles and Responsibilities**- Principal administrator of the Quadrennial Purchase Requirement for the U.S. Product Evaluation Program (PEP) responsible for validating vehicle purchases, interfacing with drivers and reporting on compliance- Ensure working knowledge of all CVO U.S. and Canada Policies for consultative purposes- Tier 1 contact for employee questions regarding CVO GMNA programs and any related processes or issues- Review vehicle incident reports daily in U.S. and Canada for compliance to policy and maintenance of accurate metrics for monthly reporting to leadership...
