Position Overview

St. Isidore Learning Centre (Sherwood Park) is seeking a dedicated, innovative, and highly adaptable educator to fill a 1.0 FTE teaching position in Junior and Senior High Social Studies, Religion, and Language Arts. This position is probationary, commencing August 26, 2026.

Program and Delivery

This role operates within our Online and Outreach programs, serving students who require flexible, individualized, and non-traditional learning environments. The candidate will work on-site at the EICS Central Learning Services building in Sherwood Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education degree and an Alberta teaching certificate (or eligibility).
• Experience with digital instruction and familiarity with the Social Studies, Religion, and Language Arts curriculum for grades 7-12.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners.
