About the role

Under the direction of the Senior Grievance and Adjudication Officer, Representation Section, the position is responsible for:

• Representing the PSAC and/or members before various boards, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, mediation or similar processes;
• Providing advice and guidance to Component and PSAC officers on the interpretation and application of legislation, regulations, and collective agreements;
• Interpreting the collective agreement and recommending or drafting changes;
