Responsibilities
Responsibile for group financial and management reporting, treasury, and administration comprising support, guidance, and monitoring of group subsidiaries.Preparation of the Group’s Consolidated quarterly IFRS compliant financial reports.Responsible for the Group’s monthly business analysis and variance reporting.Preparation of group monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.Management of external auditors.Preparation of annual financial accounts.
