Enhance group sales effectiveness as a Customer Success Manager. Focus on relationship building, upselling, and proactive engagement to drive client satisfaction in a hybrid setting.
This role emphasizes managing relationships with small to midsized employer groups, reporting to the Group Sales Operations Manager. You will work to modernize existing benefit plans while also supporting the renewal process and collaborating with Account Executives on proposals. Your ability to analyze data and engage stakeholders will contribute to meeting team revenue goals through sales strategies.

Requirements:
