As a Growth Marketing Manager – Affiliates and Referrals, you will lead the strategy and performance of one of the company’s most important marketing channels by driving lead generation through affiliate marketing and referral partnerships. In this role, you will source and develop new partners, manage and strengthen existing relationships, and optimize commission structures to maximize growth and performance. Reporting to the Directors of Performance Marketing North America, you will play a key role in shaping brand perception, influencing customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business results through one of Lightspeed’s largest marketing channels. Your contributions will be instrumental to the continued growth and success of the business.
