Job Description
To drive growth by working closely with a wide set of functions including Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments ( breakfast, coffee, fine dining) to meet key business OKRs.Identify high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.Collaborate cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.Assist the Marketing team in planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.Drive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly & monthly business reviews.Collaborate with the Product team to fine tune effective entry points to drive growth across user moments.Build and refine effective customer segments.Develop tailored growth strategies for different user c...
