About the Role:

In this position, you will take ownership of performance marketing activities across LATAM, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth through acquisition and retention strategies. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands‑on execution, ensuring campaigns are optimized for profitability and adapted to local market dynamics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the full performance marketing strategy across LATAM markets
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel acquisition campaigns including paid social, search, affiliates, influencer partnerships, and programmatic traffic
• Track and improve core performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, FTDs, retention rates, and LTV
