Requirements

The ideal candidate brings foundational GTM expertise, strong analytical and financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a global, matrixed organization 3-5 years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting - ideally within technology or enterprise environments Exposure to or participation in an annual GTM planning cycle including target-setting, segmentation, and/or coverage design Solid financial acumen; comfortable building and interpreting revenue models and supporting planning processes in partnership with Finance Familiarity working across Sales Operations, HR, and/or Compensation functions on topics such as quota design, role definition, and incentive alignment Strong ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, structured outputs and narratives for a variety of stakeholder audiences Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate competing priorities in a global,...
