- Proficiency in patient communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation.
- Willingness to work under supervision and engage in regular mentorship and case reviews.
