What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, the Hardware Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware Department.

To be responsible in preparing, administering, and achieving budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
