Role: Test Lead/ Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing test programs for complex PCB assemblies
• Lead test execution, stability, troubleshooting, and performance activities
• Perform failure analysis for electrical, RF, and functional issues
• Work with automated test fixtures and manufacturing test setups
• Analyze logs and scripts using Python or similar scripting languages
• Monitor yield trends, retest rates, and test quality metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
