Description & Scope
The hvac solutions support specialist will assist field specialists in the start-up and fine tuning process of jamesway hvac systems, as well as assisting customers who require hvac remote assistance and support with the troubleshooting process.
The role requires communication with the r&d; department, reporting areas for improvement in programming codes based on the efficiency of the field operational systems, internal/external documentation development and any technical support required by the hvac solution team designers.
Duties & Responsibilities
utilize programming software to verify parameters and assist with troubleshooting (internally & externally) including restore, replace and reconfiguring processes of legacy systems.
