About the role

As our next Heavy Diesel at Mount Pleasant Operations, you will be part of a team that strives for the best in fleet maintenance and management. You will work a lifestyle roster 5/4 4/5 5/5 rotating 12 hour day, nights and weekend work.

In this role, you will:

· Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of large scale mobile mining equipment including Liebherr R9600, R9400, R996, R9350 Excavators and Komatsu PC7000 Excavators, Cat drill fleet, CAT Trucks, Komatsu 930E Trucks and Dozers and other ancillary equipment as directed in accordance with Thiess servicing, lubrication and maintenance systems documentation

· Completing general maintenance, breakdowns, services and component changeouts to a high standard

· Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM and computer based systems
