Responsibilities

• Manage men's and women’s golf coaching and program coordination
• Mentor and evaluate assistant coaches and team personnel
• Develop annual and five-year strategic plans
• Oversee recruitment of skilled student-athletes
• Lead fundraising initiatives and budget management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PGA certification required
• Five years of coaching experience minimum
• Proven success at University or national level
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
