Head Mixologist
Is responsible for the overall leadership, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the hotel's cocktail and bar beverage program with a focus on the hotels unique concept of Sora.
This role ensures that all bar experiences consistently meet the hotel's luxury service standards while supporting financial objectives, brand identity, and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-end or luxury bar operations, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish language.
Proven experience developing and executing elevated cocktail programs in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine-dining environments.
Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and current beverage trends.
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
