**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Telco/Mobile industry or similar industry.
+ Experience managing a team of sales leaders to reach and exceed quotas.
+ Experience working with mobile carriers in devices or services.
+ Experience with commercial contracting and delivering commercial agreements in the market or globally.
+ Commercial experience with planning and managing at operational levels within a changing environment and cross functions, with frequent exposure to C-suite decision-makers at partners.
