About the Role

360training is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Course Development & Operations to lead and scale a high‑performing content and course operations organization. This leader will oversee multiple functional teams responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of 360 courses, including content creation, instructional design, course development, quality assurance, digital production, and course lifecycle operations.
