Head of Festival Business and Operations

Salary: £65,943 - £77,907 per annum

Fixed Term Contract: 6 months maternity cover, December 2025 until June 2026

We are looking for Head of Business & Operations to join the BFI’s Festivals Team on a fixed term basis for 6 months. The Head of Business & Operations will lead the Festivals’ team to work efficiently, deliver best practice against financial targets and grow revenue. They will oversee the successful operational delivery of BFI Festivals, provide line management responsibility to key Festival team members and devise recruitment strategies for temporary teams in collaboration with the BFI’s People Team.
