What you will do - Coordinate import and export logistics operations
- Work closely with forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
- Follow up on shipments and ensure timelines are met
- Monitor logistics KPIs and service levels
- Support and coordinate a small team (1–2 people)
- Validate documentation, logistics costs, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability
