Experience overseeing internal and external legal service providers for litigation, compliance, and labor matters and collective bargaining Commitment to the importance of integrity and compliance Skills: Strong understanding of contract principles and solid analytical skills. General knowledge of foreign trade concepts. General knowledge of Mexican labor law and social security matters. Ability to assess legal changes and their business impact. Able to work under tight deadlines and make independent, risk‑aligned legal decisions. High ethical standards and strong personal integrity.
