Position Summary
The CMO will lead the firm's end-to-end marketing strategy, performance analytics, and intake optimization. This role requires a seasoned leader who combines marketing expertise with operational oversight and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has prior experience in high-volume marketing environments (preferably PI law) and understands how to convert leads into cases efficiently through well-managed intake systems.
This is a high-impact, in-office leadership role at the firm's Guadalajara/Tijuana offices, where close collaboration, accountability, and execution speed are paramount.
