Head of Product

is a builder and systems thinker who leads product strategy, development for ACH. They will drive the design and execution of culturally resonant, user-centered digital products and tools that align with ACH’s mission and values. You will be working on the ACH website.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall product vision to define the ACH website vision and roadmap across digital tools, storytelling platforms and creative content systems

Align product strategies with ACH’s broader goals in mental health awareness and wellness

Identify opportunities for digital innovation that serve both community needs and partner impact

Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch to iteration

Manage scoping, planning, and agile workflows across product and creative projects

Collaborate with cross functional teams including programming, marketing, design, etc.
