Basic qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years of relevant senior level experience in retail, sales, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results
- Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
- 7+ years Experience leading and developing teams
- 7+ years Experience developing and driving strategies
- 7+ years Experience demonstrating polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
- Fluent in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
