We are looking for a Head of Sales Mexico to lead our national sales organization and drive sustainable growth across the Mexican market. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance, strategy execution, customer relationships, and cross‐functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping ZIM's commercial success in Mexico while serving as a core member of the local Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing national sales team
Ensure achievement of volume, revenue, and profitability targets
Distribute sales targets and define priorities across the team
Oversee customer visits, quotations, agreements, reporting, and revenue follow‐up
Manage key accounts and negotiate strategic and special projects
Improve sales processes and interface with other departments to maximize efficiency and customer experience
