The Head of SMB Accounts leads the strategy and execution for a $35–40M revenue portfolio across approximately 100–140 accounts and 300 active HC. This role is critical to driving client retention, identifying high‑potential accounts, and developing scalable engagement strategies for BairesDev's SMB segment.
