Health & Safety Leader – a skilled individual who thrives in getting involved with daily operations and focusing on the right things to support a safe work environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead a visible on-the-floor safety presence. Get involved with our operations team and gain an in-depth understanding of how our daily operations work. This is a 100% on-site position.
• Lead and support our JHSC activities. Co-chair our monthly meetings, develop our committee members and support the completion of any open action items.
• Lead safety programs. Administrate and execute key safety programs such as evacuation drills, environmental monitoring, and training certifications.
• Support safe return to work. Oversee the incident reporting process, working with our leaders and other teams to eliminate hazards and safely return employees to work.
