Health & Safety Manager, Infrastructure (Spruce Grove, AB)

The Health & Safety Manager, Infrastructure – CORE is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SMJV’s Safety Management System (SMS) across infrastructure operations and projects. As part of the CORE (Corporate HSE) team, this role ensures safety systems, compliance programs, and digital tools are standardized, audit‑ready, and effectively implemented across the organization. This position supports Project Health & Safety Managers, Health & Safety Leads, Advisors, and administrative staff, fostering an aligned, cohesive approach to safety across all SMJV projects.

This position bridges corporate expectations with field execution, with a focus on simplifying safety, strengthening fundamentals, and driving consistent application of STCKY and Never Harm Actions through verification and accountability.
