Position Summary

The Health and Safety Manager (HSM) will report directly to the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. The Health and Safety Manager will have a direct report in the position of a Health and Safety Coordinator. The HSM is responsible for the management all health and safety initiatives and projects. The HSM will be responsible for fostering health and safety awareness within the organization, ensuring corporate compliance with legislation, maintain employee trainings and certifications, conducting internal audits and inspections, providing statistical reports to senior management and consistently working towards maintaining and fostering a safe working environment and positive representation of the Health and Safety department.
