Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Healthcare Applications Support Analyst with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients , EMR/EHR platforms, and clinical workflows. This role is based in our Medellín, Colombia office (onsite full-time) and requires hands‑on production support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with U.S. healthcare operations. The ideal candidate can join immediately and is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing support environment.
