Purpose

This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is issued by HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc. (HealthPRO Canada) in order to qualify products/services (collectively Products) and suppliers/distributors (collectively Suppliers) for inclusion in HealthPRO Canadas Qualification Supplier Roster (QSR). Suppliers selected for inclusion will enter into a Qualified Supplier Roster Agreement (Roster Agreement).
During the term of the Roster Agreement, HealthPRO Canada may invite the qualified suppliers to compete in invitational second-stage competitive processes (Roster Competitions, of which one method may be RFP) involving the provision of the Products.
