We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs , work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field .

Responsibilities

Install HVAC and hydronic systems including:

• Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems
• Radiant heating & snow melt systems
• Mechanical rooms and piping

Work independently from drawings and scope

Coordinate with:

• Management
• Site teams
• Other trades

Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues

Maintain job progress and timelines

Ensure high-quality workmanship

5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics

Strong knowledge of:

• Mechanical systems
• Installation best practices

Ability to:

• Work independently
• Lead small crews ...
