Overview

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HEMA Lead - Nordics, located in Copenhagen, Denmark; Solna, Sweden; or Espoo, Finland. The HEMA Lead Nordics leads Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) strategy and execution across the Nordic countries to enable optimal access, funding, and adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions. The role aligns value‑based access strategies with Nordic healthcare systems and EMEA priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HEMA strategy for the Nordics aligned with DePuy Synthes and EMEA priorities.
• Develop and deliver market access and funding strategies to enable adoption and sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with payers, HTA bodies, institutional decision-makers and relevant authorities to shape the external environment and advance value-based adoption.
