Overview
The Smart P&ID (SPID) Support Specialist supports the Hexagon Smart P&ID application in a project environment with regards to user support, project support, SPID project administration including but not limited to maintenance, customization, integration with other software, and software upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Manage application operations, including backups, scheduled tasks, batch services, user access, and internal development support.
- Support software lifecycle activities such as testing (UAT), certification, change requests, and deployments while coordinating with developers and vendors.
- Configure, test, and deploy SPID solutions; provide user support and ensure integration with engineering tools (SPF, Smart 3D, Smart Instrumentation, Smart Electrical).
