This role ensures requisition needs are filled and provides recruiting support for hiring teams. This position monitors employment processes to ensure legal compliance and makes recommendations for process improvement. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist develops relationships with prospective talent and hiring teams and creates/manages talent pipelines for future opportunities.
