Job Summary

The Manager, HLI Preclinical Services, will provide leadership in the overall management of the largest Core within the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation.

Organizational Status

The Manager, HLI Preclinical Services Facility will report directly to the Centre’s Director and Associate Directors.

Leadership and Direction

• Provides leadership and direction in the operational planning to maintain improved productivity and efficiency in the HLI; oversees operations and functional managing animal care activities, facility maintenance, renovation, and space utilization.
• Provides direction to all animal research activities at HLI, and provides authoritative information to investigators on experimental design, procedures and equipment.
