Job Description

The Home Décor Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales and ordering products within the Home Décor Category at the store level, in addition to overseeing the upkeep and standards of excellence for the Home Décor department. This includes seasonal patio and outdoor living accessories, fashion, boutique, Christmas décor, everlasting plants, and giftware.

Accountabilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all Home Décor Sales Associates.
• Be familiar with and actively strive to achieve store and Home Décor Category sales targets.
• Assist guests by answering inquiries, conveying product knowledge, and providing a high level of guest service while ensuring that each guest receives the complete solution to suit their needs.
