Bos Landscaping is looking for an experienced Horticulturist Lead Person to maintain and enhance high‑end residential properties and/or commercial/industrial sites.

We are looking for someone with a true passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape design who takes pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role is much more than just grass cutting and routine maintenance; it involves caring for and developing high‑end gardens, identifying enhancement opportunities, and contributing to the overall appearance and health of each property.

The ideal candidate will bring strong horticultural knowledge and experience and will be comfortable providing guidance and support to more junior team members in the field.
