Position Overview
TheHospice Area Vice President, Operations - RNis responsible for the execution of the Area’s strategic plan for the operations of its assigned Aveanna locations. This role manages the assigned Area’s day-to-day operating activities, including driving business growth, nurse recruitment and retention, clinical and regulatory oversight, delivery of care, and customer satisfaction. This position is also responsible for managing budgeted expenses and cash collections to deliver appropriate financial results.
