CHIPSA Hospital, located at Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a Hospital Facilities Manager responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of a comprehensive renovation project within the hospital facility.The Facilities Manager will work closely with architects, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure that the renovation is completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise such construction/contractor field (structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning), and the ability to coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team.Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates, including:- Delegating maintenance tasks to team members- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed-...
