As a key leader in this full-time role, you will be responsible for building a positive environment within the hotel. With 2-3 years of experience, you'll implement policies, monitor budgets, and manage staff activities. Your focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotelβs excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and enforce hotel policies effectively
β’ Conduct comprehensive staff training sessions
β’ Handle supplier negotiations for materials
β’ Prepare and execute marketing plans
β’ Manage maintenance activities efficiently
Requirements:
β’ College/CEGEP credential or higher
β’ 2-3 years of managerial experience in hospitality
β’ Knowledge of computer systems, including CRS
β’ Must work on-site at the hotel
