About This Opportunity

Take charge of guest services at Blackfalds Motor Inn as our new Hotel Manager. Drive operational success and prioritize exceptional customer experiences.

As a key leader in this full-time role, you will be responsible for building a positive environment within the hotel. With 2-3 years of experience, you'll implement policies, monitor budgets, and manage staff activities. Your focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Develop and enforce hotel policies effectively
β€’ Conduct comprehensive staff training sessions
β€’ Handle supplier negotiations for materials
β€’ Prepare and execute marketing plans
β€’ Manage maintenance activities efficiently

Requirements:
β€’ College/CEGEP credential or higher
β€’ 2-3 years of managerial experience in hospitality
β€’ Knowledge of computer systems, including CRS
β€’ Must work on-site at the hotel
