THE ROLE
The HR Admin is responsible for the administrative task in time management. The main responsabilities and tasks are:
- Complete review and processing of sick notes / electronic sickness communication (“eAU”) as well as clarification of pre-existing conditions (“Vorerkrankungen”)
- Monitoring and maintenance of time accounts and time recording for completeness and correction of incorrect entries
- Processing and approval or rejection of absence/time off requests
- Activation of employee badges for time tracking
- First point of contact for employee questions...
