ROSEN Mexico, based in Boca del Río, Veracruz, is seeking a HR Administrator.
HR Administrator under the direction of the Head of Human Resources will provide efficient administrative services and collaborate with the HR Team. Accurate input and processing of data into HR software systems is part of this function.
Responsibilities: - Update and maintain all existing employee records using the organization’s integrated HR Software Systems.
- Create and maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring files are current by scanning documents into personnel files.
- Maintain and process all information in the time management system and issue time clock badges for the time management system.
- Manage the employee onboarding process and ensure all contracts of employment are produced and sent to the employee with all relevant documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding process and ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.
