About the role:
BURN is looking for an HR and Office Manager who will support the day-to-day operations of the HR function while ensuring smooth, efficient office administration and facilities support for the DRC team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
+ Manage the onboarding process for all new employees, including induction and completion of required documentation (contracts, policies, rules, and procedures).
+ Prepare and process payroll inputs for employees and casuals in coordination with Finance/Payroll.
+ Develop, localize, and maintain employee handbook content and HR policies for DRC; communicate and train employees on policy updates.
+ Collect, verify, and file all documentation required for contract preparation for new hires; maintain accurate and confidential personnel records.
