**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
- Assists the Human Resources Manager or Personnel Supervisor in different activities related to Personnel Management in an Organization.
- Creates files for new personnel and Updates the Employee File Control System in the Employee Data Base to insure the Integrity of the Information as well as a follows up on its Development and Effectiveness to meet the Legal Requirements and the Applicable International Certifications (ISO- QS-SA-****, etc.).
- Supports the Recruiting Process to fill the Vacancies for Direct Positions.
- Can Help in the Induction of New Employees to provide an understanding of their Rights and Obligations.
- Helps to prepare Legal forms for IMSS, and STPS.
- Produces the Department's Statistical reports such as: (Absenteeism, Turnover, Exit Interviews, etc.).
- Provides support to the Motivational Programs, Social, Cultural, Recreational and Sporting Events as well as Activities to Support the Community.
