About This Opportunity
Role:
- You establish a very close and trustful relationship with the local leaders in order to drive people topics such as retention, ER, compensation, career & development, feedback cycles and performance management - You work closely with The KPI's of the designated business units - Together with the Country HR Team, you break down our Global HR Strategy to country-specific needs and regulations - You handle ER cases including but not limited to labour law issues, complaints, performance issues and disciplinary proceedings in a confident and result-oriented manner according to local conditions in the designated area AMS Region (USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil) - You do not shy away from disputes but can proactively offer customer-oriented solutions that are in line with the principles of our HR Strategy - You act as coach for our leaders, guiding them through complex people topics in our fast-paced business environment - You facilitate-moderate trainings and trainings conc...
