**DESCRIPTION**:
This role serves as a foundational HR partner supporting site operations through consistent execution of PXT programs and relationship-building with hourly employees and frontline leaders.
This role maintains visible floor presence to foster team culture, drive engagement, and coach leaders on people management practices.
Key responsibilities include supporting employee experience initiatives, executing recognition and inclusion programs, facilitating voice of employee channels, and coaching managers through performance conversations and talent processes.
Builds business acumen while partnering with senior PXT team members to reinforce Amazon values, monitor organizational health metrics (attrition, attendance, engagement), and support talent planning activities.
This position requires strong judgment in conflict resolution, policy guidance, and escalation awareness.
