Shape the future of human resources at Runnymede Healthcare Centre as an HR Business Partner. This permanent, full-time role focuses on employee relations, conflict resolution, and enhancing HR initiatives on-site.
In this position, you will provide expert strategic advice on all facets of HR, including performance management and adherence to labor laws. As the lead for labour relations, your skills in handling grievances and maintaining a positive work atmosphere will be critical. Additionally, your role includes implementing key HR programs aligned with the hospital's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advisor in employee relations and workplace issues
• Manage grievances, arbitrations, and collective agreement processes
• Conduct investigations on workplace incidents
• Continuously improve HR programs ensuring legal compliance
• Lead training initiatives for staff enhancement
Requirements:
