TE's HR Business Partners implement Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management).
They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization.
**What your background should look like**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, business partnering, and strategic HR initiatives.
Written and spoken English
In-depth knowledge of NOM-035 and Mexican labor laws.
Experience working with HRIS systems and HR software.
